Personalized Products

Once you place an order for a personalized item, our manufacturing process begins within the next hour to ensure timely delivery.

Due to the custom nature of these products, no refunds are available under any circumstances.

Customized and Personalized Products

All customized and personalized products are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.

Please note: Chains are excluded from this damage/defect refund exception and remain strictly non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product, you must provide an unboxing video to initiate a claim.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (where applicable), any approved refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Prepaid Orders: Once placed, prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

You may cancel by clicking the “Cancel Order” button in the order confirmation message, or

You may cancel during the confirmation call.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Without a clear unboxing video, we will not be able to process any refunds, replacements, or claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.

Time Limit for Claims

If more than 2 working days have passed since the date of delivery, we will not be able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

How to Record a Valid Unboxing Video (Short & Clear)

Set Up

Use good lighting and place your phone/camera on a stable surface.

Show the Shipping Label
-
Clearly record the shipping label, including the tracking number and address.

Show the Package Condition
-
Record all sides of the package to show it is sealed and untampered.

Open the Package on Camera
-
Record the entire unboxing process in one continuous shot, without any cuts or pauses.

Show All Contents
-
Take out all items and lay them out clearly on a flat surface.

Show each item properly so that everything received is visible.
-

If There Is Any Issue

Damaged Item: Show a close-up of the damage from multiple angles.
-
Missing Item: Show all items received and the empty packaging to confirm the missing product.
-
Wrong Item: Show the incorrect item clearly along with the shipping label in the same frame.

Regular Products Return & Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to register a return. The return window will automatically close after 3 days.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@hirakki.com within 3 working days with your order ID and the reason for return.
- An unboxing video is mandatory.
Important Points:
- No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds for any reason. All returns/exchanges are eligible for store credits Which you will receive on your mail in 2-3 working days and it will be valid for 30 days.
- Reverse Shipping Cost: A reverse shipping fee of INR 60 per order will be deducted from the store credit. The voucher will be issued after the returned product is received by us and the INR 60 is deducted.
Conditions for Return
1. Damaged or Missing Products
- We follow a 3-layer checking process to avoid any damage or missing items. However, if the product is delivered in a damaged condition, it can be returned if reported within 3 days of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video showing the damage is mandatory.
- Only the damaged product(s) from a multi-product order will be accepted for return.
Important Notes:
- The unboxing video must clearly show the damaged/defective/missing part of the product, with the original labels and tags intact.
- A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is required to process the claim. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in rejection.
- Store credit for the damaged product will be issued within 7 days after the product is received.
2. Product Dislike
- If you dislike a product, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in good condition.
- A reverse shipping fee of INR 60 will be deducted, and store credit will be issued within 7 days after the product is received.

Reverse Pickup:
- Once a return request is made, please ensure availability for the reverse pick-up and respond to calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reverse pick-up, and the process will have to be re-initiated.
- If your pin code is not reverse-serviceable, we may request you to send the product via an alternate courier service.

Order-Level Processing:
- Returns and exchanges are processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis.

Promotional Offers:
- Products purchased during promotional offers, contests, or clearance sales cannot be returned or replaced.
Cancellation Policy
Due to operational challenges, we do not allow order cancellations.
We kindly request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
